Eventile app for iPhone and iPad

Eventile is an Entertainment portal where you can list your events and promote them through our Website & mobile apps. We provide a ticket booking platform with QR Code feature for ease of management of the tickets for organizers. Currently, we are providing free listing to the early bird organizers who list their events regularly. We also have social channels for promotion of the events listed on the website.

We would like to get in association with you as an organizer on our platform. The following will be the deliverable from both of us-

ORGANIZER:
Provide full event details regularly via Email or WhatsApp.
Give us the max limit of bookings (if applicable).
In case your inventory is fully booked, kindly intimate us beforehand so that we can stop bookings from our end.
Allow us to use your event details (name, image, location, etc.) on all our platforms for promotion of the event.
Allow us to include 3% as payment gateway charges for all the online bookings that come through our platform.


EVENTILE:
List your events on the website Eventile.in along with their visibility on Android & iOS apps (coming soon).
Accept bookings and payments for the event on your behalf.
Give the booking details to the organizer as soon as the participant completes the payment.
Clear Organizers payments before the commencement of the event. In case of any last day entries (if allowed), the payment will be cleared within 2 working days of the event getting completed.
In case there is any change in payment gateway charges, we shall intimate you.
